1. Return Policy & Consumer Rights
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not satisfied with your order, you may return it within 30 days of the purchase date for a refund or exchange, subject to the conditions outlined in this policy.
As a consumer in Ireland, you have rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2022 and EU consumer protection legislation. This policy is in addition to your statutory rights and does not affect them.
2. Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:
- The product must be returned within 30 days of the purchase date
- The product must be in its original, unopened condition
- The product must be in its original packaging
- You must provide proof of purchase (order number or receipt)
3. Return Process
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:
- Contact us at reachus@phrixxenvim.world with your order number and reason for return
- We will provide you with a return authorization and shipping instructions
- Package the product securely in its original packaging
- Ship the product to the address provided in the return authorization
- Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will process your refund
4. Refund Processing
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 10-14 business days.
5. Non-Refundable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or refund:
- Products that have been opened or used
- Products damaged due to misuse or negligence
- Products returned after the 30-day return period
- Products without proof of purchase
6. Shipping Costs
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong item shipped, defective product). In such cases, we will cover the return shipping costs.
7. Damaged or Defective Products
If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us immediately at reachus@phrixxenvim.world with photos of the damage. We will arrange for a replacement or full refund, including return shipping costs.
8. Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange a product, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order for the desired product.
9. Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven't received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. If you've done all of this and you still have not received your refund, please contact us at reachus@phrixxenvim.world.
